The SSEAMS List

Some of our favourite people, places and things this month. Written by Andrew Dudgeon.

READ.The Modern House Magazine

A publication by an Estate Agents may seem like an unusual choice for a "must read" column, however The Modern House is no ordinary Estate Agents. By taking the beautiful photography content that they were creating through their listings of some of the UK's most beautiful homes and exploring the fascinating stories of the people they were meeting (including Nick Wakeman of Studio Nicholson fame and Samuel Ross of A-COLD-WALL), The Modern House has created one of the most engaging Interiors and Architecture publications out there, with an equally beautiful partner Instagram account. (available to buy at the themodernhouse.com)

LISTEN. My Own Garms podcast (@myowngarms)

Down to earth conversations with people who love their “garms”, hosted by the conversational wizard Thomas Griffin (@grifter_te) pictured here with Jojo Elgarice from the brilliant Rag Parade (Jojo's General Store) in Sheffield. Our personal fav' is a fascinating conversation with the elusive and seldom interviewed Tim McTavish, owner of one of the UK's best independent retailers This Thing of Ours (thisthingofours.co.uk). Series 1-3 available now, season 4 coming soon. Listen to PODCAST

WEAR. Tarvas X Ivy Ellis
